Overcoming the Spirit of Rejection
Rejection is never fun. Whether it’s by friend a job or relationship it always leaves a sting. If you let it affect you, you’ll start to believe that there actually is something wrong with you.
Newsflash: there’s nothing wrong with you
You’re perfect just the way you are see rejection a lot of times it’s just God’s way of protecting you I know that’s cliché but if you think about it you have no idea what could possibly happen if you continue down the relationship we continue the friendship or continued to pursue a job that you never fit the criteria for like if you don’t get a septa to a job or school or if your friends leave you behind your turn their back’s on you or if you suddenly get dumped, there’s nothing wrong with you it’s just that you weren’t right for the person that you weren’t right for the situation.
If you change your perspective and think positively about the experience, you start to realize it is actually a blessing in disguise. Wouldn’t you want something that’s the right fit or want something that’s better. Do want something that you know is just right for you?
Have you ever just been looking for the right dress or the right outfit with the right something and you just come across it and you KNOW that is THE DRESS you have to have. have you been searching for a job and you’re like that’s the job that I’ve always wanted or that’s the person for me? If so, then you know there’s nothing wrong with you passing by all the other dresses and saying nope that’s not it, that’s not what I’m looking for. It’s exactly the same kind of situation. So you just have to keep it pushing, keep thinking highly of yourself and don’t let it get you down or affect you negatively. Don’t believe the lies that people have told you that you’re not good enough. You’re more than enough just believe it and trust in our God Jesus was rejected another time though the biggest example that can change your mindset Jesus himself was rejected? But look at Jesus now. He is sitting on the throne and people know his name worldwide. I’m not saying you should strive for fame and notoriety and this is definitely not an invitation to brag or anything like that. Don’t live your life striving to prove the haters wrong, just believe that you are worthy in and of yourself. Shrug off rejection, change your mindset, pray and fast if you need to and keep shining Queen.
