5 Ways to Make 2017 Your Year
1. Set SMART GOALS
I mean you've got a smart phone, smart kitchen, smart objects, you've gotta plan smarter girl. Anything is possible but you also have to be realistic. Do not set goals that are vague or unattainable (at the moment). For example if you'd like to become fit and maybe run a marathon, your goal shouldn't be "Run a Marathon." A smart goal would be "Run a Mile a Day," or something similar. You've got to break it down to achievable bits because you're not just going to join a marathon you have to prepare physically and mentally. Goals have to be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-based. Again, if you want to lose weight or get a job..... what's the plan. Setting goals incrementally, writing them down, saying them out loud, visualizing and creating a step by step plan will make it more achievable.
2. Keep TRACK of your WINS!
Now if you watched my video recapping 2016, you'll remember that I wanted to refer to good moments and great blessings of the year but I hadn't written them down. That's something I'll activity be working on. I tried downloading the Notebook app (you can use Notes as well) and I always have a journal with me to write notes down. I've tried to summarize each day so far i January but I kind of fell off. I'll definitely get back to that but you see ow hard it is to actually do it? You don;t want the year to pass by and not reflect back positively on it. One tip I'll suggest is to create a daily reminder in your phone to write down one good thing that happens to you that day. If you want a physical touch, you could purchase a cute diary to keep your memories in. I hope it inspires you to pull that bad boy out. Get in your quiet corner and jot down the good things in life.

3. Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone
Find a new gym class, take up a new hobby, check out some events going on in town, visit the museum, just get out there!
4. Use a Planner
5. Lastly, Speak Life into 2017!
Make an effort to think and speak positively! The Bible says life and death lies in the power of your tongue. On top of that there are so many studies that show that speaking negatively to inanimate objects has a major effect on them. SO WHY WOULD YOU SPEAK NEGATIVELY ABOUT YOURSELF?!
